I have a database SOMEWHERE with important information I need to pull from it, but the person who set it up is gone. Weh.
@sara 127.0.0.1:3306 😂
@adasauce :7687 actually! not localhost though :P
@sara super jelly! I don't think I've ever used an actual graph database in production for a real reason.
what are you storing in it? 🤤
@adasauce old boss was using it as a "temporary" asset management database.
I haven't used graph databases before but my company sure likes them
@sara hmm sounds like a consultant came in to management to talk about how relationships are as important as the data! And your company's "Big Data" needs to be restructured for streamlined business unit synergies !
@adasauce wrong end of the sales pitch :3
Everything is connected.
